INSTRUCTOR
Ruth Alawode is a native of West Africa, where she received her teaching degree from the College of Education. She also holds a B.S. in Home Economic from Bendel State University. She attended the London College of Fashion and the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. She has extensive experience as a classroom teacher and lecturer of pattern drafting, clothing construction, merchandising, soft furnishings and accessories. She is a former owner/director of a fashion training school. As well as the designer of an original clothing line that supplied to hotels throughout her native country.
