The extremely talented artist, Daniel Mayorga studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Sacred Heart University. He is an experienced and impassioned teacher, helping others achieve their creative dreams.
Don't just hang your art on the wall... Wear it! Create your own piece of wearable art by learning to sew a tote bag AND learn to paint beautiful designs on it, making our Friday nite "sew-cial" paint parties the best and most creative in town. After 3 hours of laughter and fun, leave with an original hand crafted and hand painted tote bag you created yourself, from start to finish. For beginners and experienced sewers and painters alike.
We provide 3 hours of Friday night studio time, sewing machines and supplies, canvas, art materials and guidance. All you do is show up, learn to sew and paint, listen to jamming tunes and enjoy yourself. And, we keep the creative juices flowing (even if the alcoholic beverages aren't). We have refreshing hot or iced tea, coffee, juices and water, as well.
Our studio's "Learn To SEW N' PAINT" parties are great for social and professional events, office outings, private paint parties, kids parties, and date nights as well as for singles looking for something fun to do in NYC.
