Calling all aspiring designers and design students with a flair for red carpet fashion!
Submit a sketch of an ORIGINAL dress or gown design to enter our official Misses Dressy and Esaie Couture Dress Design Contest: A competition where the only credentials for entry are a joy and appreciation of fashion and creativity, and a desire to learn. Make your fashion dreams a reality!
1st Round (by popular vote + judging panel):
* (One) First Place Winner: $200 Misses Dressy scholarship grant for a dressmaking class at Esaie Couture Design School (to bring your sketch to life) + an advance to the 2nd Round contest
* (Two) Second Place Winners: $200 Esaie Couture Design School scholarships for dressmaking classes (to bring your sketch to life)
2nd Round (by judging panel):
* Grand Prize Winner: $1000 Misses Dressy scholarship grant toward a 6 month Dressmaking/Pattern Making and Draping course or a Fashion Design course at Esaie Couture Design School + paid internship at Misses Dressy (to jumpstart your fashion industry dreams!)
How To Enter:
1. Complete the entry form here
2. "LIKE" our fan page
3. Send us a picture of your sketch at esaiecouture@gmail.com, for us to upload onto our site and social media (include name, date, city in upper right hand corner of the sketch for cross referencing)
4. Get your friends and family to Vote/"LIKE" your photo:

Terms and Conditions:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 or older. US only for in-house classes or international entries for online class prize! Contest starts 10/30/2014. Entry deadline 11/15/104. Top 10 First Round selections chosen on 11/21/14. 1st Round winner chosen 11/22/14. 2nd round winner chosen 12/6/14 and announced 12/7/14. Contest Ends midnight 12/7/2022 EST Like our Facebook page at Esaie Couture. Winners have 30 days to claim their prize. If potential prize winner forfeits or does not claim the prize, prize will be re-awarded, at the sponsors' discretion. All prizes will be awarded. Both Misses Dressy and Esaie Couture is responsible for prize disbursement.
Rules and Regulations:
Your Sketch must depict an original dress, designed by you, as it would look on a female model, front and back view. It may depict a full-length gown, a standard cocktail-length or a shorter hemline. Sketches must be in color, with notations describing colors, fabrics, and trim on each aspect of the dress. You may review prior collections from missesdressy.com for inspiration, if necessary, or just do your own thing!
